Terms an conditions:

  • The chalet will only be rented to 1 group at the time. You will have access to all the facilities unless they are clearly marked private. This includes both the indoor and outdoor.
  • You will have access to free internet and cable television.
  • The rental includes bed linen and towels.
  • The rental fee includes the tourist tax in Saas-Fee. This gives access to the SaastalCard. To pay the tourist tax I will request to get the name and birthdates of the guests staying in the chalet.
  • You are expected to leave the chalet in a reasonably tidy condition. Cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning company before your arrival and after your departure. It is greatly appreciated if you take off the bed linen from your beds before you leave.
  • There will be snow cleaning done when necessary.
  • We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down after 23.00 and before 7.00.
  • Pets are not allowed in the chalet.
  • Smoking in-door is not allowed.
  • Arrival will be after 17.00 on the arrival date. There is a self-check-in so you can arrive at your convenience.
  • Departure will be before 10 AM on the departure date.
  • You get access to the chalet with a code to a keybox that is located next to the front door. The code will be sent to you 1 week prior to your arrival.
  • We maintain the right to decline any booking request. Once a booking has been accepted the below cancellation policy applies.

Booking and cancellation policy

  • At the time of booking a 25% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of the rental period is required. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival at Chalet Chantemerle.
  • If you cancel with less than 60 days before your arrival you will lose 50% of the rental, if we are unable to find another group who will rent the chalet.
  • A reservation is first confirmed when payment of the deposit has been done.
